1. Returns and Refund Policy
i. Once the payment is made, no refund or order cancellation on all sale and promotional products or issue for example on situations: change of mind, you just don't like the products, want to entitle for other promotion campaign or you have forgotten to insert discount code.
ii. We will only process refund if the shipping address is out of our delivery coverage area, in this case we will refund for you within 7 days of your purchase. To process a refund, we require the receipt or proof of purchase, the reasons of refund, and email to email@example.com.
iii. Once the order(s) are delivered, the items are not exchangeable for any reason, for instance: change of mind, you just don’t like the products, want to entitle for other promotion campaign or you have forgotten to insert discount code.
iv. If the product(s) shipped are wrong based on the original order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer services and provide your receipt or proof of purchase and the reasons of exchange.
v. The product(s) to be exchanged MUST be notified on the day of receiving it. In all cases, products returned must be in their original condition and with its original packaging.
vi. If received any product(s) spoiled out during delivery or any delay in delivery working days ( 5-7 working days after payment made) and you wish to proceed refund, you need to attach the photo of the spoiled out product(s) include the date and time in the photo or any proof of purchase to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will only proceed refund / exchange of items within 7 working days.
2. Shipping Policy
Delivery service is provided within Penang, KL& Selangor, and Johor using logistic partner.
RM 10 delivery fees is charged on each transaction which limited to 1 (ONE) TRIP.
· KL & Selangor Area (EXCEPT Semenyih, Rawang, Dengkil, Teluk Panglima Garang, Sepang & Hulu Langat Area)
· Johor Area (ONLY Johor Bahru, Mount Austin & Skudai)
· Penang Area
i. Delivery Lead Time
· Penang, KL & Selangor area (within 5-7 working days).
· Johor area (within 7-10 working days).
Please note that changes stated as above may occurred and will be informed during certain promotion period or under certain circumstances.
ii. The lead time stated above included production, packaging and arrangement. Once the orders are ready to be delivered, it will be delivered within the lead time at 12-6pm.
iii. All orders will be delivered with cooler bag provided to ensure the ice cream you received is fresh and in best testing condition.
v. In case of any faults, issues, defects or damages, please feel free to reach out to our customer care representative. Please provide information about such issues during the call, including your order number, product details, etc, if needed.
3. Payment Policy
For all orders made from us, you can pay via manual payments, internet banking or with a valid credit or debit card. Prices and shipping rates may be subject to change without prior notice however these changes will not be reflected for CONFIRMED (Paid) orders, For any issues regarding your payments, please feel free to reach out to our customer care consultant.
